Role overview Support the technical sales process for a SaaS security product focused on monitoring applications, identities, and unusual activity across an organization’s cloud software environment. You’ll partner with regional sales teams, advise prospective customers, and help existing customers expand their use of the product. Responsibilities - Lead technical discovery with prospective customers and connect their security needs to relevant product capabilities. - Deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and guide proofs of value through the sales cycle. - Maintain customer relationships as they adopt and expand their use of the product; share feedback with product management. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, support, customer success, engineering, and leadership on customer needs and deal progress. - Help shape go-to-market plans by identifying use cases, integrations, and partnership opportunities.
