Platform Professional Services, Sr. Analyst (Remote)

Role overview This senior analyst role sits within a cybersecurity professional services team that helps enterprise clients extract maximum value from a major AI-native endpoint protection platform. The position blends hands-on incident response, detection engineering, malware analysis, and consulting engagements focused on configuring and optimizing the platform to stop advanced threats.

Responsibilities - Lead incident handling and remediation processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments - Perform static and dynamic malware analysis on emerging threats across diverse customer environments - Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures - Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, findings, and recommendations for customers - Build and implement security content and automations across endpoint detection and SIEM modules - Deliver thought leadership through blog posts, webinars, and public speaking engagements - Provide consulting support for onboarding and configuring additional security modules

Requirements - Demonstrated experience in a SOC, malware analysis, or incident response environment - Background investigating targeted threats such as advanced persistent threats, organized crime, and hacktivist groups - Computer forensics analysis skills using forensic tools to determine compromise scope - Strong understanding of targeted attacks and the ability to craft tactical and strategic remediation plans - Familiarity with secure network architecture and network operations - Programming or scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or .NET, with openness to other languages - Ability to complete technical tasks independently and communicate effectively with customers during active incidents - Strong project management skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
