QA analyst

Role overview A fully remote QA Analyst position supporting a product team that builds multilingual subscription portals and landing pages. The role embeds quality assurance across the software development lifecycle, partnering with developers and product managers to ship reliable, customer-ready experiences.

Responsibilities

- Run manual tests on multilingual portals and landing pages across a range of devices and browsers to confirm consistent functionality. - Validate payment partner integrations in both staging and production environments. - Use BrowserStack and similar platforms to simulate real-world user scenarios. - Translate software requirements into clear, actionable test scenarios and checklists. - Document defects, inconsistencies, and test results in a structured way and report them promptly. - Join design and requirement reviews, flagging risks, usability concerns, and quality improvements early.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in software testing or quality assurance. - Solid grasp of test design techniques and standard testing methodologies. - Familiarity with compatibility testing across different platforms and environments. - Ability to clearly describe unexpected or incorrect system behavior in written reports. - Basic understanding of programming concepts. - Working knowledge of browser developer tools for debugging and inspection. - Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
