Senior SAP Data Services Tester

Role overview This fully remote position focuses on validating the reliability and performance of enterprise SAP implementations, ensuring that technical processes accurately map to business needs. The senior tester designs test scripts, manages user acceptance testing, and executes automated tests across major modules including S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain. The role supports defense-related technology programs and requires Public Trust suitability.

Responsibilities - Translate functional blueprints and requirements into executable test scenarios across SAP modules. - Conduct unit, integration, performance, and regression testing using cross-process and end-to-end approaches. - Troubleshoot defects, manage test data, and trace issues through tools such as SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM. - Facilitate user acceptance testing by acting as the bridge between developers and end-users to confirm go-live readiness. - Develop test strategies and lead large, complex test efforts through planning, scope definition, and phase-by-phase execution. - Document and resolve issues identified during test execution in close collaboration with the technical team.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation. - Working knowledge of functional domains such as SD, MM, FICO, or EWM and their standard transaction codes. - Experience with Agile environments, CI/CD pipelines, and data mapping. - Test automation proficiency in enterprise tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, or OpenText UFT One. - U.S. citizenship with willingness to obtain and maintain Public Trust suitability and a Tier 2 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card eligibility.
