Role overview
Serve as a trusted guide for patients navigating diagnostic imaging scheduling, acting as the human bridge between referrals, providers, and imaging facilities. The role is part of a remote-first patient experience team focused on removing barriers to care and ensuring timely access to high-quality, affordable imaging services.
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through the imaging scheduling process from referral to appointment with a supportive, personalized experience. - Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and imaging centers to ensure timely access to diagnostic imaging. - Answer patient questions, resolve issues proactively, and remove barriers that may delay care. - Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining quality and empathy in every interaction. - Become an expert in platform products, workflows, and operational processes as they evolve. - Share insights with Patient Experience, Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to continuously improve workflows and documentation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer support, patient services, or other high-volume customer-facing role. - Spanish fluency in both written and spoken form. - Healthcare, clinical, patient scheduling, or related industry experience. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing needs and maintain attention to detail. - Comfort learning new systems, tools, and workflows quickly. - Calm, solutions-oriented communication style with empathy and strong written and verbal skills.
