Business Analyst

Role overview This Business Analyst role drives end-to-end process excellence across an international vehicle payments technology landscape. The position partners with technology and business leadership to diagnose performance gaps, design future-state operating models, and embed measurable improvements. It combines strategic process transformation with operational analytics within a complex, regulated payments environment.

Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, duplication, and risk exposure - Document current-state processes using structured modeling standards such as BPMN - Design future-state processes aligned to strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational targets - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping methodologies to reduce cycle time, optimize cost, and improve quality - Define operational KPIs and build performance dashboards that drive accountability - Translate process improvements into functional and non-functional requirements for system change

Requirements - Minimum five years leading business process optimization, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives within technology-enabled environments - Demonstrable expertise with Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, value stream mapping, or equivalent frameworks - Proven record of delivering measurable operational improvements such as cycle time reduction, cost optimization, and quality uplift - Strong capability in current-state assessment, root cause analysis, and future-state design - Experience establishing process governance, ownership models, and performance metrics - Confident facilitation of cross-functional workshops and strong analytical problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of technology landscapes and system change lifecycles

Nice to have - Experience operating in regulated, high-control, or payments and financial services environments - Professional certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent process improvement disciplines
