Role overview
Shape an enterprise product for extracting and analyzing metadata from documents. You’ll guide its direction from customer research and feature definition through delivery and ongoing improvement, working closely with engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer teams. The role combines product strategy with hands-on implementation support, team coordination, and customer demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Research customer needs and market developments in AI-based extraction and document automation. - Define and prioritize product requirements, using customer feedback, usage data, and market evidence to guide the roadmap. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and user experience teams to explore, prototype, and deliver product capabilities. - Coordinate scrum teams, maintain clear backlogs, and help resolve delivery blockers. - Work with services, sales, and customer success teams on implementations, and demonstrate product capabilities to customers and internal groups. - Communicate roadmap decisions and release information, while partnering with marketing on feature positioning and adoption.
Requirements
- At least five years of product management experience in business-to-business software. - Experience taking enterprise products from early definition through launch and continued development. - Practical understanding of AI or machine learning concepts and the ability to explain their business value. - Ability to weigh customer needs against technical feasibility, delivery timing, and product strategy. - Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, including experience organizing delivery teams. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, metadata extraction, AI, or document automation products. - A higher degree in a relevant field.
