Remote job
Associate Director, AI Transformation (US)
Job details
About this role
Role overview
A customer-facing advisory position focused on helping enterprise brands and agencies integrate AI into their end-to-end creative content workflows. The role partners directly with senior creative leaders while also speaking the language of designers, editors, and production teams, owning the value each engagement is expected to deliver from first use case through scaled adoption.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customer creative organizations to understand their brand systems, production models, and the metrics leadership tracks, then build and pressure-test value hypotheses against them. - Lead end-to-end AI workflow transformation engagements, prioritizing high-impact use cases and moving customers from a single proven workflow to full production volume. - Advise on deploying and scaling AI-powered creative pipelines spanning ideation, production, activation, and measurement across the content supply chain. - Facilitate workshops that map current production flows to AI-enabled workflows, and translate those futures into change-management plans covering roles and processes. - Coordinate cross-functional specialists (creative technology, engineering, product, program) and synthesize customer feedback for product teams without direct authority over them. - Drive adoption through enablement sessions and demonstrations, train customer teams, and transition ownership so outcomes continue after the engagement closes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of owning business outcomes with enterprise customers, not just delivering tasks, with concrete examples of measurable client impact. - Hands-on experience with creative production workflows or content supply chains, ideally at an agency or large enterprise. - Practical familiarity with AI creative tooling, including the Adobe ecosystem (Creative Cloud, Firefly, or GenStudio) or platforms such as ComfyUI, Runway, or Claude Design. - Comfort working within an agile, pod-based software development lifecycle and coordinating specialists across functions. - Strong executive presence and facilitation skills, with the confidence to give candid guidance and the judgment to bring in deeper experts when needed. - Willingness to travel within the US roughly 10–20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Background specifically in creative operations, digital asset production, or content supply-chain management. - Familiarity with workflows such as Assets at Scale, 3D, video, or product-asset production, or broader AI-enabled workflow transformation experience.
Benefits and work setup
Compensation for this US-based role is described in a range of $145,000 to $200,000, with placement level dependent on candidate experience.
