Lead Product Manager (Contract)

Role overview

A contract Lead Product Manager role focused on driving growth, product vision, and a data-informed roadmap for a suite of SaaS tools that serve enterprise financial-institution clients and their end users. The position partners closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Security to shape AI-enabled product experiences, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Own the strategy and roadmap for multiple core products within a financial-services platform suite, partnering with Engineering to deliver capabilities that improve staff and end-customer workflows - Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can improve customer and staff experiences, translating them into responsible, testable product experiences - Lead cross-functional collaboration across business and tech teams to align goals, develop insights, and present demos to internal and external stakeholders - Define and manage product roadmaps, milestones, OKRs, and product epics, while keeping Engineering closely informed throughout the development cycle - Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, validate requirements, and advocate for their needs across the organization - Contribute to product positioning, competitive market research, and pricing decisions in collaboration with Product Marketing and Finance

Requirements

- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS or banking contexts - Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams on AI-enabled products, including practical understanding of LLMs, structured data, model limitations, evaluation, privacy, security, and usage economics - Technical background with APIs and integrations, especially in scaling SaaS environments - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to executive audiences - Proven success managing multiple products in parallel as part of a portfolio strategy - Demonstrated knowledge of design principles for mobile and web, plus a growth mindset and a track record of mentorship
