UI/UX Designer

Role overview

This remote, full-time design role focuses on shaping clear and intuitive workflows for dashboards, reports, schema editors, and AI-driven product experiences inside a data-heavy analytics platform. It is aimed at early-career designers, including fresh graduates, who can pair strong visual craft with thoughtful product reasoning.

Responsibilities

- Design user journeys for data-heavy product flows with clarity and strong visual hierarchy. - Create wireframes, interface concepts, and polished product screens for desktop and web. - Simplify complex workflows such as schema editing, reporting, sharing, and AI-assisted actions. - Collaborate with engineering to turn product ideas into usable and consistent interfaces. - Present design rationale, tradeoffs, and product decisions clearly to cross-functional partners.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience, or a strong fresher portfolio with product-style case studies. - Strong fundamentals in UX thinking, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and interaction design. - Ability to design for complex B2B workflows rather than only static marketing surfaces. - Comfort explaining design decisions and incorporating feedback constructively. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or equivalent portfolio-based experience.

Nice to have

- Experience with Figma, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows. - Interest in analytics, enterprise tools, dashboards, or data-heavy product experiences. - Portfolio examples that demonstrate both research thinking and polished execution.
