UX/UI Designer

Role overview A remote UX/UI Designer position focused on shaping a real-time intelligence platform used by security analysts to make sense of massive incoming data streams. The designer will join a small, agile product team and own end-to-end UX work, from early research through release, with success measured against quarterly product metrics.

Responsibilities - Design complete UX solutions and live, real-time interfaces that help analysts interpret and monitor large volumes of streaming data. - Run user research to surface and document analyst goals, workflows, and pain points. - Partner closely with business stakeholders and developers to land on optimal design outcomes. - Contribute to and maintain the shared design system. - Validate that design requirements are satisfied both before and after implementation.

Requirements - US Citizenship. - 3+ years of relevant professional design experience. - Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Invision, or comparable prototyping tools. - Working familiarity with HTML and CSS. - Ability to clearly discuss and justify design decisions with cross-functional partners. - BA/BSc in a relevant field and fluent English.

Nice to have - Background designing dashboards, data-dense interfaces, or analyst-facing tooling.
