The expected salary range is $110,000 to $145,000 annually, with eligibility for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, equity participation, and paid time off including vacation and sick leave.
Responsibilities - Design, build, implement, and deploy care management tools used by clinical and field teams - Write and review code across the full stack, applying industry best practices for reliability and usability - Produce clean, well-tested code designed for long-term maintainability - Mentor engineers and new team members, applying technical expertise to support their growth - Continuously expand engineering skills and judgment through ongoing learning and feedback
Requirements - 4+ years of experience working on a professional engineering team - Bachelor's degree - Demonstrated ability to ship production-quality software across the stack - Strong coding, testing, and code review practices - Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth
