About this role
Role overview Lead remote customer implementations of cloud software, coordinating technical setup, data preparation, configuration, testing, and training from initial planning through launch. You will serve as the main implementation contact, tailoring each project to the customer’s operations and coordinating internal specialists when issues or special requirements arise.
Responsibilities - Manage several customer implementations through planning, execution, launch, and handoff to ongoing account support. - Learn each customer’s program, processes, systems, and goals to shape a suitable project plan and measures of success. - Coordinate customer data review, extract setup, wholesaler connections, and software configuration. - Train users on relevant software workflows and help them prepare for a confident transition to live use. - Keep customer and internal stakeholders informed through demonstrations, timely updates, and clear project communications. - Work across product, engineering, sales, finance, and account teams; resolve implementation issues and improve project procedures based on experience.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - At least three years in customer-facing technology implementation and project management; SaaS experience is preferred. - Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills, including investigation of customer data or database issues. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly expert-level Excel ability. - Clear written and verbal communication, strong customer service, and the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced setting. - Reliable high-speed internet for remote work; occasional travel, up to 10%, may be required.
Nice to have - Experience with 340B programs, pharmacy operations, or onboarding customers to cloud software remotely. - PMP certification or other project management experience. - Familiarity with a CRM system.
