[Job - 32559] User Researcher (Senior), Brazil

Role overview Conduct research throughout product discovery for a strategic software program serving complex dealership operations. You will combine fieldwork, interviews, and prototype testing to give service design and product teams evidence they can use to shape experiences, prioritize work, and guide investment decisions. The role involves regular collaboration with customers and stakeholders in the UK and US.

Responsibilities - Plan and run ongoing discovery, including customer and stakeholder interviews, contextual fieldwork, and context mapping. - Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability tests on prototypes to uncover friction before development. - Synthesize qualitative findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations for design and product leaders. - Develop user personas, experience measures, and customer journey insight frameworks. - Manage research logistics from participant recruitment and discussion guides through documentation. - Present findings to non-research audiences and senior stakeholders to support decisions and build advocacy.

Requirements - Demonstrated user research experience combining generative and evaluative methods in complex product settings. - Strong qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, contextual inquiry, and diary studies. - Practical experience conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing. - Ability to synthesize substantial qualitative evidence into clear recommendations. - Persuasive communication skills for presenting research to senior and non-research audiences. - Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams that include design, product, and strategy roles.

Nice to have - Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or operationally complex products. - Familiarity with automotive retail or dealership operations. - Experience with Dovetail, UserTesting, Figma, Miro, or Confluence; quantitative research methods; or roadmap prioritization.
