Role overview

Assess and guide the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions, connecting technical options to practical business needs. The role covers the path from evaluating tools and running proofs of concept to shaping integrations and supporting successful solutions as they move into production, with attention to security, privacy, compliance, and responsible use.

Responsibilities - Compare AI and generative AI tools for technical fit, cost, risk, scalability, and business value. - Plan, run, and document proofs of concept, including success criteria and recommendations to proceed or stop. - Help move promising experiments into production by contributing integration architecture, technical requirements, and support plans. - Apply responsible AI practices and align solutions with security, privacy, compliance, and Brazilian data protection requirements. - Develop guidance and good practices, and lead workshops or training to build organizational AI knowledge. - Advise technology, security, legal, data, and business partners; track solution impact and identify improvements.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, information systems, or a related field. - Strong practical experience with AWS cloud services and evaluating, testing, and implementing AI solutions. - Experience with machine learning, large language models, and generative AI. - Experience planning and delivering proofs of concept and transitioning AI solutions from experiments to production. - Understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and data engineering concepts. - Familiarity with AI governance, information security, privacy, and LGPD requirements. - Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.

Nice to have - Postgraduate study, specialist training, or certifications in AI, data science, or cloud computing. - Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines. - Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or fine-tuning. - Experience on AI ethics or governance committees.
