Sr. AI Solution Architect

Role overview Embed with business teams to find practical uses for AI and deliver solutions that run in production. You will own the technical work from workflow discovery and solution design through launch, monitoring, measurement, and iteration, partnering with a business architect and an operator who supports adoption. The role emphasizes measurable business outcomes, secure deployment, and solutions that employees can maintain and extend.

Responsibilities - Map business workflows, identify opportunities to reduce friction or increase capacity, and deliver production solutions end to end. - Build automations, agents, and AI-enabled tools using existing platforms where appropriate, with retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and human review built into agent workflows. - Work with IT, Security, and Engineering on shared capabilities for model access, permissions, data connections, logging, observability, and evaluation. - Evaluate vendors and run technical proofs of concept; turn successful approaches into reusable patterns. - Create practical enablement such as templates, guided workflows, and office hours, and help business users take ownership of solutions. - Review proposed AI use cases for feasibility, data exposure, security, and compliance; instrument launches with baselines, metrics, and dashboards.

Requirements - Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI or automation solutions, including agents or workflow integrations. - Ability to work directly with nontechnical teams and turn unclear processes into functioning systems. - Sound judgment in security- and compliance-sensitive environments, including awareness of data exposure risks. - Clear written and spoken communication, including the ability to explain architecture to both executives and technical stakeholders. - Ability to choose between vendor configuration and custom development based on the problem.

Nice to have - Forward-deployed, solutions architecture, or embedded consulting experience. - Experience with Agentforce, Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, model APIs, or MCP-based integrations. - Familiarity with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Workato, n8n, or UiPath. - Exposure to SOX, FedRAMP, or similar control environments, or experience in security and trust-focused businesses.
