[Job-31843] Senior Product Designer, Colombia

Role overview This is a senior product design role focused on reimagining loan origination and home finance workflows for lending institutions, bringing clarity and modern interaction patterns to an industry with deeply manual, legacy processes. The designer will lead end-to-end product design, from discovery through interaction and visual execution, and apply AI tooling to accelerate exploration and delivery.

Responsibilities - Design experiences that transform how lending institutions process loan applications. - Lead projects and initiatives, defining UX strategy and vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment. - Build scalable design foundations, components, and patterns that work across a diverse customer base and multiple loan products. - Raise the design team's craft and inspire work toward a coherent product vision. - Reimagine internal workflows involved in loan origination and home transactions.

Requirements - Fluent English, with the role operating in a fully US client-facing environment. - At least 5 years of full-time product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating exceptional quality. - Comfort leading calls and working sessions with product managers and engineers, guiding teams from problem definition through delivery. - Strong execution in Figma, including design systems, interaction design, and responsive design. - Active use of AI tooling to speed up design exploration, research, and delivery, and comfort adapting as tools and processes shift. - Ability to ramp quickly, work across multiple teams' problems in parallel, and make meaningful progress under ambiguous briefs. - Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining design decisions to distributed, cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have - Familiarity with mortgage terminology and basic lending principles.
