Job details
About this role
Role overview A Product Designer opportunity to own the end-to-end B2B experience of a cybersecurity training platform used by thousands of organisations to upskill their security teams. The role spans onboarding flows, the management dashboard and the business-specific features that admins rely on to run training programmes, with the goal of driving deeper engagement and stronger adoption. The designer partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data and go-to-market teams, and collaborates with consumer-side teams to keep the experience coherent whether users come individually or through their employer.
Responsibilities - Own the management dashboard that admins use to oversee and direct their teams' training initiatives. - Set and uphold the quality bar for B2B design across the whole product surface. - Design new features and improve existing ones, balancing speed with craft and long-term coherence. - Help shape B2B product strategy alongside Product, Engineering, Data and senior leadership. - Partner with Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to translate customer insight into product decisions. - Plan and run user research and usability tests to identify friction, and use findings to drive iteration. - Apply AI and emerging tools to accelerate discovery, validation and prototyping.
Requirements - Substantial product design experience with end-to-end ownership of a meaningful product area. - Strong portfolio of B2B or SaaS work, with evidence of shaping strategy, not just shipping screens. - Track record of pushing work forward independently and forming a clear design point of view. - Genuine care for clarity and craft in the user experience, with consistent, coherent work across a product. - Strong working relationships with Product Managers, Engineers and Data partners. - Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate and improve the design process.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote with flexible hours and a 4-hour overlap with UK business hours. - Dedicated work laptop and accessories, plus a welcome swag pack. - £2,500 personal development budget for certifications and training. - Annual fully paid company retreat. - Health insurance where public healthcare is unavailable, enhanced parental leave, workplace pension or 401k, and recurring virtual lunches. - Note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
