[Job-31843] Senior Product Designer, Brazil

Role overview Senior Product Designer shaping user experiences that modernize lending and home transaction workflows. Working in a fully English, US-client-facing environment, the designer leads projects end-to-end from discovery through interaction and visual execution, leveraging AI tools to move quickly and elevate craft.

Responsibilities - Craft user experiences that transform how lending institutions process loan applications - Lead projects and initiatives, defining strategy and UX vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment - Develop design foundations that scale across a diverse customer base and apply to various loan application offerings - Elevate the design team's craft and inspire the team to build toward an impactful vision - Re-envision internal processes necessary for loan origination and home transactions

Requirements - Fluent English skills for a 100% US-client-facing environment - At least 5 years of full-time product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional quality - Strategic facilitation skills, comfortable leading calls and working sessions with product teams and engineers - Strong Figma execution, including design systems, well-thought-out interactions, and responsive design - AI-forward mindset, actively using AI tooling for exploration, research, and delivery speed, and comfortable with frequent shifts in tools and processes - Ability to ramp up quickly, jump into multiple teams' problems simultaneously, and guide them to delivery - Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making meaningful progress without a perfectly defined brief - Clear written and verbal communication, presenting design decisions to distributed cross-functional stakeholders in English - Systems-thinking mindset focused on transforming manual, complex processes into streamlined digital experiences
