[Job-31733] Squad Leader / AI Orchestrator

Role overview

Guide software delivery end to end as a Scrum Master who coordinates work between people and AI agents. The role centers on delivery governance, workflow health, risk control, and organizational change: translating upstream demand into feasible execution, maintaining continuous flow, and ensuring that quality, security, compliance, cost, and value remain visible throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Map and govern the software development value stream, evolving processes and team rituals for AI-supported delivery. - Monitor lead time, bottlenecks, dependencies, and workflow health, removing impediments without sacrificing quality or cost discipline. - Coordinate collaboration between human contributors and specialized AI agents, including exception handling and escalation. - Define autonomy levels, human approval points, and controls for security, privacy, ethics, compliance, and regulatory obligations. - Translate business demand into technically feasible work with clear success measures, including ROI and quality or hit-rate indicators. - Evaluate the financial sustainability of agentic solutions and help balance precision, response time, and token consumption. - Lead change management, strengthen technical fluency, and support adoption of the new orchestration model.

Requirements

- Experience with delivery governance, project management, Agile or continuous-flow practices, and stakeholder management. - Leadership experience covering change, risk, dependency management, and team coordination. - Working fluency in AI agent orchestration, systemic AI concepts, metrics, ROI analysis, and expansion planning. - End-to-end perspective from requirements through production, with a focus on governance and flow rather than executing individual pipeline steps. - Ability to connect technical feasibility, operational controls, and cultural transformation.
