[Job - 31610] Master .NET Specialist, Brazil

Role overview A senior-level .NET engineering role focused on leading the design, development, and integration of complex back-end services for large-scale production systems. The position combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance within a distributed, multicultural team operating across multiple countries in English.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain high-volume back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server. - Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs, applying consistent standards for versioning, security, performance, and documentation. - Drive service reliability through unit and integration testing, proactive troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of production incidents. - Collaborate on cross-system integrations, applying clean architecture principles and established software design patterns. - Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and technical direction to junior and mid-level engineers. - Contribute to CI/CD workflows and continuous improvement of development practices and deployment quality.

Requirements - Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production-scale environments. - Strong hands-on background in back-end development with C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning. - Demonstrated experience implementing and evolving SOAP and RESTful services, including security and versioning practices. - Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization for integration and data exchange scenarios. - Solid grasp of software design patterns, clean architecture, and engineering best practices. - Advanced English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.

Nice to have - Cloud platform experience, preferably Microsoft Azure. - Familiarity with specification-driven or agentic development approaches. - Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
