Senior Product Designer

Role overview The role sits on a product design team that covers research, design, and implementation, with a focus on agent-driven developer workflows. It is a senior, hands-on position for someone who treats design as a full-stack craft, from early concept work through shipping production interfaces. The team is small and the work is highly technical, collaborating closely with engineers and marketing on shipped features.

Responsibilities - Own the design of a product experience end-to-end, including concept, user flows, and final visual polish. - Build a working understanding of the algorithms, policies, and prior art that shape the underlying product decisions. - Run customer research, then translate findings into prioritized design bets that account for business constraints. - Review implementation quality across interaction behavior, accessibility, microcopy, and edge cases. - Contribute to durable design systems made of components, tokens, and guidelines for both engineers and agents. - Develop agent skills and harnesses that encode design decisions, and partner with Marketing on visuals and content for shipped work.

Requirements - At least 8 years of product design experience with strong UX and visual craft. - Track record of shipping technical products, with a demonstrated grasp of how they work under the hood. - Active user of coding agents, with a habit of experimenting with new workflows and tuning output quality. - Comfort building prototypes and production UI in React. - Ability to work within existing design patterns while balancing scope against business needs. - Strong written and visual communication: brings recommendations, seeks feedback early, and updates views when new data arrives.
