Salesforce Engineer

Role overview Build and maintain Salesforce solutions that support changing business needs. The role blends platform administration with software development, integration work, and user support, partnering with stakeholders to turn operational requirements into secure, maintainable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities - Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and platform APIs. - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. - Configure platform features such as page layouts, profiles, permissions, validation rules, and flows. - Troubleshoot platform issues, support users, and provide clear guidance or training. - Gather requirements, recommend architecture and platform practices, and improve workflows and data quality. - Manage configuration changes and releases while maintaining documentation, governance, and development standards.

Requirements - Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex and integrations. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security. - Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to take solutions from concept through implementation. - Clear communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Adaptability in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements. - A degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification; experience with products such as Data Cloud, Account Engagement, Digital Engagement, Salesforce Voice, or Agentforce; familiarity with Gearset, version control, and deployment practices.
