Role overview
A Senior Product Manager is needed to drive the evolution of an AI-powered platform built for small and startup therapy practices serving individuals with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution, focused on expanding revenue cycle management, practice management, and clinical capabilities. The platform supports ABA and related therapy providers, and the product manager will help scale its reach across thousands of users nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product leadership to shape and evolve the platform's product strategy, with particular emphasis on revenue cycle management and practice management - Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from discovery through launch - Balance the operational needs of multi-disciplinary care practices with a lightweight, user-friendly product experience - Translate clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical, billing, customer success, and support teams - Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact - Incorporate AI tools into day-to-day product work and partner with internal AI specialists to advance AI-based product capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 5-8+ years of product management experience, ideally in claims management, healthcare, or workflow-intensive B2B software - Solid understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting - Experience supporting or designing products for healthcare and billing professionals - Familiarity with using AI tools in product management and developing AI-based product features - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through sound product judgment
