Product Manager

Role overview Shape and scale a business software product by balancing customer discovery and product direction with hands-on execution. The role owns a mix of strategy and product ownership: understanding customer and market needs, translating them into priorities, and working with design and engineering to deliver improvements for customers with complex workflows.

Responsibilities - Align customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints when setting product direction. - Conduct customer and user research through interviews, feedback analysis, and product usage data. - Account for multiple user types and workflows in business products, and use competitive and market research to inform roadmap choices. - Translate broader strategy into clear initiatives and outcomes; prioritize the backlog with engineering. - Write user stories and acceptance criteria, lead backlog refinement, and collaborate closely with engineering and design through delivery. - Explain plans and tradeoffs to stakeholders, and connect roadmap priorities with customer and revenue needs across sales, support, customer success, and marketing.

Requirements - Two to five years of product management experience in B2B software. - Experience building products for multiple user types with complex workflows. - Ability to combine strategic product thinking with practical execution, including product owner work in Agile or Scrum teams. - Technical fluency with APIs, systems, and tradeoffs, even without writing code. - Understanding of user experience and design principles, and experience partnering closely with designers. - Business judgment to connect product choices with revenue, retention, and growth; strong written and verbal communication. - Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable.

Nice to have Experience scaling a product or company through a significant growth stage, building consumer-grade experiences, working with support or operations, operating in regulated industries, or developing internal tools or platform products.
