Senior Software Engineer - Chile

Role overview Build and scale backend systems that support software for wholesale distribution workflows, including order processing, purchasing, and accounts payable. You’ll own substantial projects from planning through deployment, balancing hands-on engineering with technical guidance as customer needs and product use grow.

Responsibilities - Improve backend scalability, performance, and reliability. - Lead complex engineering projects through planning, implementation, and release. - Work with product and customer teams to connect technical decisions to business needs. - Contribute directly in code while helping shape technical direction. - Review designs and code, share architectural feedback, and help other engineers make progress. - Identify ways to improve the product as customer usage expands.

Requirements - Senior-level backend engineering experience building scalable, high-performance systems. - Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, product-focused environment. - Ownership of deliverables, with a consistent focus on quality through delivery. - Ability to guide and unblock engineers through thoughtful reviews and technical feedback.
