Senior Software Engineer - Brazil

Role overview A senior backend engineer will help scale software used by wholesale distributors to manage orders, purchasing, accounts payable, and other operational workflows. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, from shaping product features and system design through delivery.

Responsibilities - Improve backend system scalability, performance, and reliability as customer usage grows. - Lead complex engineering projects from planning through deployment, maintaining a high quality bar. - Work with product and customer-facing teams to connect technical decisions to business needs. - Contribute code while helping guide technical direction, review designs, and unblock other engineers. - Shape product capabilities that help customers run critical day-to-day operations more efficiently.

Requirements - Senior-level backend engineering experience building scalable, high-performance systems. - Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, product-focused environment. - Strong ownership of deliverables and a record of carrying projects through to completion. - Ability to support other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and architectural guidance.
