Senior Full Stack Engineer, Notetaker

Role overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for shaping the core features and architecture of an AI-powered meeting-notetaking and recap product. The work combines hands-on product development with platform scaling, service-oriented architecture, delivery automation, and technical leadership in a rapidly growing software environment.

Responsibilities

- Build new capabilities that expand meeting-notetaking functionality and support additional user groups. - Design, implement, test, release, and maintain features from initial discovery through ongoing operation. - Contribute to initiatives that improve platform scalability, reliability, and service performance. - Partner with Product and Design to clarify requirements and refine solutions. - Review technical plans and code, participate in agile planning, and improve engineering practices across teams. - Mentor teammates and participate in an on-call rotation for business-critical incidents.

Requirements

- At least 7 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. - Experience with TypeScript and professional experience using Node.js; React or a comparable UI framework is desirable. - Strong background with service-oriented architectures, microservices, and significant product-scaling work. - Ability to adapt to changing technologies, requirements, and organizational priorities. - Experience using AI coding assistants responsibly, including understanding and defending generated code. - Authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.

- Remote work eligibility varies by location and uses geographic compensation tiers. - Listed annual base salary ranges are $187,000–$226,600, $205,700–$249,260, or $224,400–$271,920 depending on location. - Full-time employees may receive equity awards and competitive benefits. - Occasional travel for team events, collaboration, or offsites may be required.
