About this role
Role overview A hands-on builder role within an enterprise AI Center of Excellence, responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining AI agents and automated workflows that improve productivity across business functions. The position translates prioritized business problems into working solutions and participates directly in governance decisions.
Responsibilities - Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows against prioritized business use cases - Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, and internal data sources using APIs, low-code platforms, and orchestration tools - Build and maintain prompt libraries, agent configurations, and reusable components for organizational reuse - Monitor deployed solutions for accuracy, drift, cost, and failure conditions, remediating issues as the technical owner - Conduct workflow analyses with assigned business functions to identify where AI improves efficiency and scalability - Design pilot programs with success criteria, test plans, and phased rollouts, and report ROI including baselines - Co-author AI policies and governance artifacts covering ethics, compliance, privacy, and cybersecurity - Maintain continuity assets including use case inventories, tool and model registers, governance logs, and runbooks - Contribute to adoption playbooks and deliver hands-on enablement sessions
Requirements - Two to five years in software development, data analytics, automation, digital transformation, or business process optimization - Proficiency in Python with a portfolio of built solutions - Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and large language model APIs - Working experience with at least one AI agent framework, workflow automation platform, or orchestration tool - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau - Experience integrating systems through APIs - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience - Experience deploying and securing applications on GCP or AWS, including service configuration, secrets management, and identity/access controls
Nice to have - Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry - Familiarity with Salesforce and Infor Syteline data models - Exposure to AI governance, model risk management, or responsible AI frameworks - Certifications in AI, machine learning, or AI governance and ethics
Benefits and work setup - Remote position with a minimum of one week onsite at the corporate office each quarter - Salary range of $95,000–$130,000 USD
