Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Role overview This senior role embeds an AI engineer within customer or product contexts to deliver deployed AI solutions in the field. The position is remote within Romania and sits within a Data & AI practice focused on fielded AI implementations.

Responsibilities - Deploy AI solutions into customer or production environments - Translate business problems into appropriate AI approaches alongside stakeholders - Configure, integrate, and tune AI systems for specific use cases - Relay field learnings back to research and engineering teams - Support post-deployment iteration based on real-world performance

Requirements - Senior engineering experience shipping AI systems to production - Background working directly with customers, sales, or internal product teams - Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps practices, and integration patterns - Ability to operate independently in client-facing or field contexts
