Senior Applied AI Research Engineer

Role overview This senior role supports applied AI research within a Data & AI practice, advancing techniques that translate research into practical, deployed systems. The position is remote within Romania and works closely with engineering teams across core technology initiatives.

Responsibilities - Prototype AI models and evaluate them against real-world use cases - Translate research findings into working systems, demos, or proofs of concept - Collaborate with engineering on integrating AI capabilities into production products - Document experiments, results, and recommendations for stakeholders - Stay current with applied AI literature and emerging methods
