About this role
Role overview A customer-facing livechat support role within a global cryptocurrency and digital finance platform. The position supports Czech-speaking clients in real time, helping them with enquiries, account questions, and platform guidance across trading, payments, wealth, custody, and related products.
Responsibilities - Assist clients with all enquiries received via livechat or email - Stay up to date on the platform's products and general market conditions to give informed answers - Diligently manage and follow up on client enquiries and complaints, converting feedback into constructive insights for management - Ensure smooth frontline operations, flagging discrepancies or situational risks to management on time - Continuously seek improvements that enhance team performance, efficiency, and overall work processes
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, or a diploma in business administration or business management with strong numerical skills - 2-4 years of customer service experience, ideally trained in frontline livechat and email operations - Proficiency in both English and Czech, written and verbal, in order to liaise with clients in the dedicated market - Sharp analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and statistics - Willingness to work five shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays, across rotating shifts (8:00am-5:00pm, 4:00pm-1:00am, or 12:00am-9:00am) - Team player who is self-driven, committed, and responds positively to client requests
