Role overview A statistician role within a cloud-based learning platform that delivers certification, credentialing, test prep, continuing education, and training experiences to training organizations, associations, and enterprises. The platform relies on personalization, gamification, data science, and omni-channel delivery to support a large and growing learner population. This role would apply statistical methods to strengthen those learner-centered capabilities.

Responsibilities - Apply statistical modeling and analysis to learner behavior, engagement, and outcome data. - Partner with data science and product teams to design and evaluate experiments. - Develop methods that support personalization and learning effectiveness. - Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements - Strong foundation in applied statistics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing. - Proficiency with statistical tools and languages such as Python or R. - Ability to translate analytical results into actionable recommendations. - Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have - Experience in education technology, learning analytics, or personalization. - Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and large-scale product experimentation.
