Senior Implementation Delivery Lead

Role overview A senior delivery lead is needed to drive complex SaaS implementations of a cloud-based benefits administration platform, acting as a trusted subject-matter expert for clients and internal teams. The role combines project management, functional consulting, and hands-on delivery leadership across configuration, integrations, and go-live.

Responsibilities - Serve as the functional and technical subject-matter expert during client-facing status meetings and throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Manage client expectations by anticipating challenges, communicating progress clearly, and setting realistic delivery timelines. - Own multiple workstreams, including system configuration, testing and auditing, COBRA and Direct Bill setup, employee communications, vendor integrations, data conversion, and payroll configuration. - Consult clients on industry best practices and recommend system or process improvements aligned with business objectives. - Monitor milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, and escalate risks with proposed mitigations to delivery leadership. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, partner with product managers on enhancement specifications, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology and tools.

Requirements - Several years of experience leading SaaS or enterprise software implementations in a client-facing consulting or delivery role. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously. - Working familiarity with benefits administration concepts, payroll configuration, and vendor or carrier integrations. - Excellent consulting, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to advise clients on process improvements. - Ability to troubleshoot configuration or process gaps and coordinate resolution across teams. - Willingness to travel as business needs require; standard working hours are 8am–5pm Central Time.
