About this role
Role overview Implementation Analyst II role focused on building, testing, and auditing client systems within a benefits administration software platform. The position combines hands-on configuration, data management, client-facing communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementations. It suits a detail-oriented analyst who can operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while delivering against client expectations.
Responsibilities - Build and audit client sites, including benefit plan rules, plan details, rates, and enrollment rules; test sites for proper system functionality and quality. - Import client data and ensure accuracy throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Prepare employee and employer communication documents and triage client tickets and questions via email and voicemail with appropriate response times. - Resolve data discrepancies with external vendors and ensure accurate information exchange. - Audit system data from multiple sources, produce summary and detailed reporting, and prioritize tasks while escalating conflicts to team managers.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - 2+ years of professional client-facing experience within analysis and data management. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs and data summaries) and working knowledge of other MS Office tools. - Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation, and data manipulation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve using reference materials, testing, and informed questioning. - High level of productivity, reliability, organization, accuracy, and thoroughness, with the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Nice to have - Experience with HR, benefits administration, or HRIS systems. - Experience with system integrations or large data imports. - SQL or advanced data analysis skills.
Benefits and work setup Base salary range of $22–$29 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Standard working hours of 8am–5pm Central Time.
