Forward Deployed Product Engineer

Role overview Work directly with insurance organizations to put AI tools into day-to-day use and shape the product around their needs. The role combines customer onboarding, hands-on implementation, and product engineering, with much of the build work done by directing AI models and coding agents.

Responsibilities - Guide insurance customers through onboarding and help them get AI analysts into production. - Support workflows involving reconciliation, bordereaux, submissions, and claims. - Work closely with customers to understand their processes and implementation needs. - Turn lessons from customer deployments into product features. - Use AI models and coding agents to carry out much of the development work.

Requirements - Ability to work across customer-facing implementation and product development. - Comfort translating customer needs into practical product changes. - Interest or experience in using AI models and coding agents to build software.

Nice to have - Experience in insurance; this is helpful but not required.
