Responsibilities
- Develop front-end scientific applications and back-end integrations. - Design and implement systems for managing scientific data. - Help users build JavaScript and TypeScript applications on the platform. - Extend platform capabilities by creating plugins. - Integrate and optimize third-party libraries for scientific and computational use cases.
Requirements
- At least three years of software development experience. - Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills. - Experience or education in life sciences, such as bioinformatics, cheminformatics, or drug development. - A track record of delivering performant code. - Ability to learn complex scientific concepts quickly. - Good English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, R, Java, C#, C++, or MATLAB. - Familiarity with WebGL, WebAssembly, or Dart. - Background in high-performance computing, algorithm optimization, or scientific interface design.
