About this role
Role overview Design end-to-end experiences for an internal AI tools hub used by a large enterprise workforce. Working with a small, cross-functional design team, you’ll take ambiguous needs from early discovery through interaction concepts and working prototypes, with regular stakeholder and executive engagement. The role calls for independent judgment and quick iteration.
Responsibilities - Shape user flows and high-fidelity prototypes for internal AI experiences, from initial concepts through implementation-ready demonstrations. - Use AI-assisted prototyping workflows and move work into code projects when needed. - Apply user-centered design methods to frame problems and connect user findings to design decisions. - Produce artifacts such as journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, task flows, scenarios, and personas. - Work with an established design system and contribute to its controls, templates, icons, forms, and navigation patterns. - Plan and facilitate design workshops, present concepts to stakeholders, and validate designs through user feedback and usability checks.
Requirements - Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking, or equivalent practical preparation. - 3+ years of UX/UI, product, or service design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - A portfolio showing strong UX/UI work, design process, individual contributions, and shipped or delivered outcomes. - Hands-on experience designing and prototyping with Lovable. - Ability to gather context independently and turn it into design direction and execution with limited oversight. - Clear communication and storytelling skills, including presenting complex ideas to executive audiences.
Nice to have A related design or HCI degree; end-to-end product delivery experience; primary research and workshop facilitation; enterprise technology experience; or familiarity with tools such as VS Code, GitHub, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
