About this role

Role overview Design end-to-end experiences for an internal hub of AI tools used by a large enterprise workforce. You will work with a small, cross-functional experience strategy and design team, shaping direction from ambiguous needs and user research through polished, interactive prototypes. The position calls for independent execution, rapid iteration, and clear communication with stakeholders, including executives.

Responsibilities - Turn user and business context into design direction, task flows, and high-fidelity working prototypes. - Build and iterate prototypes in Lovable, using AI-assisted workflows and moving work into VS Code or existing projects as needed. - Apply user-centered design methods and create artifacts such as journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, scenarios, and personas. - Contribute to an established design system, including controls, content patterns, icons, forms, and navigation. - Plan and facilitate remote and in-person workshops with users and stakeholders. - Present concepts and design recommendations clearly, then validate work through feedback and usability checks.

Requirements - Strong UX and UI design skills supported by a portfolio showing the design process, individual contributions, and shipped or delivered work. - A relevant bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of product or service design experience, a master’s degree and at least six years, or equivalent experience. - Hands-on experience designing and prototyping in Lovable. - Ability to independently gather user context and turn it into design strategy and execution. - Strong communication and storytelling skills, including presentations to executive audiences. - Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking.

Nice to have - At least five years delivering products through an end-to-end design process, three years conducting primary UX research and interviews, and five years planning and facilitating design workshops. - Enterprise technology experience and familiarity with tools such as VS Code, GitHub, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.

Benefits and work setup Full-time, remote work for candidates based in Argentina. The schedule must include at least two hours each day, Monday through Thursday, overlapping with U.S. Mountain Time business hours. The engagement is expected to last 18 months. Gross monthly compensation is listed at $3,125–$4,375 USD, with a $3,750 midpoint. Eligible benefits may include health, dental and vision coverage, an FSA, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and professional development; availability depends on location and employment status.
