Director, Analytics

Role overview

Seeking a senior analytics leader who blends deep technical fluency with strategic consulting skill. The role serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, leading measurement strategy while staying hands-on with implementation work and mentoring a team of consultants.

Responsibilities

- Lead measurement strategy workshops with clients, defining goals, KPIs, and analytics approaches - Act as a senior strategic advisor on analytics, testing, and data-driven decision-making for senior marketing and client leadership - Guide project teams through delivery, staying close to the technical work, including reviews and quality control - Build long-term client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and represent the practice in escalations and renewals - Define and enforce engineering standards, documentation, and information-security practices across engagements - Contribute to proposals, scoping, and pricing; represent the practice externally through conferences, blogs, or webinars - Stay current on the broader Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem and align analytics work with platform-wide strategy

Requirements

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics - 8+ years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment, with prior senior or lead consulting experience - Track record of building trust with senior client stakeholders and shaping measurement strategy - Experience leading project teams and mentoring consultants or analysts - Strong understanding of analytics implementation, tagging, data layer architecture, and data governance - Experience defining technical design and documentation for analytics implementations - Experience designing KPI frameworks and test-and-learn programs

Nice to have

- Adobe Analytics and/or CJA certification - Experience with Adobe Target and other AEP solutions such as RT-CDP and AJO - Prior experience with proposals, scoping, or account growth

- Remote role with a posted salary range of $136,000–$198,000 per year, plus eligibility for visa sponsorship and an equal opportunity employer framework
