AI Creative Designer

Role overview Create advertising content for a digital platform that uses AI to produce creative assets and support campaign launches and optimization. You’ll turn briefs and performance insights into paid social concepts, producing a mix of video, images, animation, music, and voiceover while testing new AI-enabled creative workflows.

Responsibilities - Develop ad creative concepts based on marketing briefs, campaign goals, and performance insights. - Produce video, image, animation, music, and voiceover assets with AI tools. - Explore tools and workflows to create distinctive content that captures audience attention. - Propose original visual ideas beyond the initial brief and collaborate with creative and product colleagues. - Adapt assets for different campaign placements and formats, including Meta advertising. - Manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and deliver polished assets to deadlines.

Requirements - Hands-on experience making AI-assisted visual or video content for advertising or digital marketing. - Familiarity with AI creation tools such as Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Suno, ElevenLabs, or Lovart, and editing tools such as CapCut. - Understanding of paid social creative and advertising formats, especially on Meta platforms. - Ability to translate briefs into effective visual concepts and work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. - Strong organization and prioritization skills, with readiness to experiment with new tools and techniques. - Portfolio showing AI-generated creative work, video, or advertising projects.
