AI Coding Transformation Lead

Role overview This position helps product and engineering teams adopt AI-native software development practices through direct coaching and hands-on demonstration. The work is embedded with client engineering organizations across Europe, delivered fully remotely with flexible engagement options. It blends technical leadership, workshop facilitation, and the creation of reusable tooling around modern AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities - Coach engineering teams on integrating AI coding tools into everyday development workflows - Work directly inside client codebases to demonstrate effective AI-assisted engineering practices - Build reusable skills, harnesses, workflows, and supporting tooling - Identify stages of the software development lifecycle where AI can deliver measurable gains - Facilitate hands-on workshops alongside engineers on real delivery challenges - Partner with engineering leaders to convert successful experiments into repeatable team practices

Requirements - Substantial software engineering background, ideally with prior leadership as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Team Lead, Developer Advocate, or Developer Experience Engineer - Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable platforms over the last six months - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong communication, coaching, and presentation abilities - Comfort working across unfamiliar codebases and varied technology stacks - Client-facing mindset with the ability to build trust with both engineers and engineering leadership - Based in Europe and available for a fully remote engagement
