Senior Data Analyst (Power Platform & Data Solutions)

Role overview Senior data analyst role supporting a federal customer, focused on designing, building, and maintaining enterprise data, automation, and reporting solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. The position works across Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and related tooling to ingest data from enterprise apps, SharePoint, Excel workbooks, and file-based sources and turn it into reliable analytics.

Responsibilities - Design and maintain enterprise data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and approved enterprise systems - Build and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and scalable data models - Develop Power Automate cloud flows, business process flows, and broader workflow automation - Build Power BI semantic models, datasets, dashboards, reports, and dataflows using DAX and Power Query best practices - Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and authorized external APIs - Deploy solutions across Dev, Test, and Production using Power Platform ALM practices and provide Level II/III production support

Requirements - 5+ years delivering enterprise data, reporting, automation, or Power Platform solutions - Proven hands-on experience with Azure Databricks - Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, and Power BI Dataflows - Proficiency with DAX, Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 integrations - Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts - Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps for source control, release management, and deployment pipelines - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance

Nice to have - Experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse - Background with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Azure Data Lake Storage, or Data Factory - Experience with enterprise data governance, security, retention, auditing, and compliance - Prior work supporting Power Platform in healthcare, federal government, or other complex enterprise environments
