Senior Technical Consultant

Role overview This Senior Technical Consultant role sits at the intersection of technical engineering and customer-facing consulting, leading the integration of marketing and search personalization products for enterprise clients. The position partners with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to scope, design, and deliver successful implementations from day one. Responsibilities - Communicate project requirements clearly across diverse customer stakeholders - Advise on data architecture, data mapping best practices, and lead technical calls - Lead product integrations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL on web platforms - Diagnose and resolve technical risks spanning front-end, mobile, and back-end performance - Build straightforward marketing automation scenarios, including email warmup flows - Support business consultants on advanced marketing setups such as database connections, dynamic content personalization, and targeted campaigns - Validate discovery, scope, and solution design decisions while improving delivery processes

Nice to have - Backend coding experience with Node.js, Python, SQL, or BigQuery - Familiarity with tag managers such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium - Prior work with omnichannel marketing automation, CDP, or enterprise search platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, Klaviyo, Endeca, Solr, Elasticsearch) - Exposure to commerce platforms like Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Experience building marketing automation use cases including email warmups

Requirements - Five or more years in service delivery with strong leadership, organization, and consulting skills - Detail orientation and solid technical problem-solving and debugging ability - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent - Hands-on experience with data imports, transformations, and transfers via API and SFTP - Required front-end coding experience with JavaScript (including jQuery), HTML, and CSS for a web-based SaaS platform
