Technical Architect

Role overview Define end-to-end architecture for digital products involving blockchain and distributed systems. This hands-on role turns product goals into practical designs, guides implementation choices, and helps teams keep systems secure, scalable, and coherent as they grow.

Responsibilities - Design architectures for blockchain products and distributed systems, including on-chain and off-chain components. - Advise on network selection, smart contract integration, and blockchain infrastructure choices. - Create technical designs, architecture diagrams, and decision records. - Guide teams on APIs, data models, smart contracts, and integration patterns. - Assess protocols and infrastructure, including build-versus-buy options. - Review implementations for security, reliability, and scalability; identify architectural risks and set practical standards.

Requirements - At least seven years of software engineering experience, including architecture ownership, with three or more years in blockchain or Web3 architecture or development. - Experience designing and delivering production blockchain systems. - Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, Ethereum, EVM, and distributed ledger technologies. - Knowledge of smart contract architecture, token standards, and blockchain integrations. - Experience designing on-chain and off-chain systems, distributed services, microservices, or event-driven architectures. - Strong skills in API design, data modeling, application security, and scalable cloud infrastructure. - Understanding of blockchain security, transaction lifecycles, and consensus mechanisms.
