Tech Lead

Role overview Lead technical direction and hands-on engineering for backend systems connected to blockchain products. The role combines architecture and coding with team guidance, delivery coordination, and responsibility for secure, reliable production services.

Responsibilities - Set backend architecture and system design for blockchain-integrated products. - Build and oversee scalable services, APIs, and data models, using Node.js and TypeScript or comparable technologies. - Guide integrations with blockchain networks, smart contracts, and Web3 APIs. - Review code and set standards for security, performance, testing, CI/CD, and architecture. - Coordinate engineering work across teams, resolve technical risks, and mentor engineers. - Contribute to technical hiring and interviews.

Requirements - At least 5 years of backend engineering experience and 2 years working hands-on with blockchain or Web3. - Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills, or equivalent backend experience, plus a track record leading engineering teams or technical projects. - Strong system design, architecture, and problem-solving ability. - Knowledge of blockchain architecture, Ethereum, and EVM-compatible networks; experience integrating smart contracts and blockchain APIs. - Experience with a Web3 library such as ethers.js, viem, or Web3.js. - Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, scalable backend systems, and REST APIs or GraphQL.
