Lead Developer

Role overview Guide day-to-day engineering delivery for blockchain and Web3 applications while staying closely involved in implementation. You will write and review code, support developers, coordinate work across disciplines, and help take features through testing and release.

Responsibilities - Lead hands-on development of blockchain applications and shape scalable application architecture. - Build and integrate smart contracts, blockchain APIs, and wallet features. - Review code and uphold security, performance, and engineering standards. - Delegate technical work, support developers, and troubleshoot complex implementation problems. - Coordinate delivery with product, design, and QA colleagues, including testing and production releases. - Identify technical risks, improve development practices, and mentor engineers.

Requirements - At least 5 years of software engineering experience and 3 years of hands-on blockchain or Web3 development. - Experience leading a development team or technical workstream. - Strong programming ability in TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, or Go. - Understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible networks, and blockchain architecture. - Practical experience with smart contracts, Solidity, and blockchain integrations. - Familiarity with wallet connections, transaction signing, on-chain data, scalable APIs, and blockchain security.

Nice to have - Smart contract development or auditing experience, or familiarity with RWA tokenization, DeFi, or fintech products. - Experience with Layer 2 or cross-chain integrations, distributed systems, or microservices. - Experience growing engineering teams or working with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
