About this role
Role overview Analyze product, operational, and blockchain data to help teams make informed decisions. The work combines hands-on SQL analysis with reporting and communication: you’ll turn on-chain activity and product metrics into clear findings for product and business partners.
Responsibilities - Examine product, operational, and blockchain datasets, including transactions, token movements, wallet activity, and smart contract events. - Build dashboards and recurring reports to track product and business performance. - Work with product and engineering teams to define useful product and blockchain KPIs. - Investigate unusual activity and explain data patterns, asset performance, and transaction trends. - Support experiments, user behavior analysis, and go-to-market decisions. - Record analytical assumptions, data sources, and methods so findings can be understood and reproduced.
Requirements - At least three years of data analysis experience, including hands-on analysis of blockchain or Web3 data. - Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets. - Understanding of blockchain concepts such as transactions, wallets, and smart contract events. - Experience analyzing Ethereum or EVM-compatible network data. - Experience with a business intelligence tool such as Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or an equivalent. - Ability to explain complex analysis as practical recommendations; care and comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.
Nice to have - Python or R, and experience with analytics platforms such as Dune or Flipside. - Familiarity with The Graph, blockchain indexers, custom data pipelines, or warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. - Product analytics, user behavior analysis, statistics, or experimental analysis experience; exposure to RWA, DeFi, NFT, or tokenization data.
