Customer Success Manager

Role overview Support institutional customers across the Asia-Pacific region as they adopt and get value from digital asset services. The role combines relationship management, practical product guidance, and data-informed success planning, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities - Advise institutional clients on using and optimizing services, and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders. - Build success plans with customer goals and measurable indicators, then review progress in regular check-ins. - Analyze usage and customer health data to recommend ways to increase adoption and address risks early. - Lead business reviews with executive and technical stakeholders, sharing best practices and identifying expansion opportunities. - Coordinate onboarding with solutions engineering and work with sales on renewals and account growth. - Bring customer feedback to product and internal teams, and guide deployment through in-person, video, or digital channels.

Requirements - At least two years in account management, customer success, or a similar role in technology or financial services. - Experience advising customers through complex technology or operational changes. - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to turn customer data into practical recommendations. - Experience managing high-value portfolios, with a track record of supporting renewals and expansion; the source cites portfolios above $1 million ARR. - Ability to create structured success plans, manage projects, and communicate with both executive and technical audiences. - Proactive problem solving and sound judgment in anticipating customer challenges.

Nice to have Familiarity with cryptocurrency, trading, or digital asset custody.
