Customer Support for Germany

Role overview A German-speaking customer support role based in Bratislava, Slovakia, with the option to work remotely from within Slovakia. The position handles inbound customer inquiries about a consumer product portfolio, orders, and returns, with roughly 90% of interactions carried out by phone and the remainder by email. It is well suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy helping customers and communicating in German on a daily basis.

Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing service and advice primarily by phone and email - Support customers with questions about the product range, order status, and the returns process - Triage and edit customer inquiries before passing more complex cases to the Back Office - Manage listings and customer interactions on consumer marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon - Document customer inquiries thoroughly and follow up as needed - Cooperate with internal departments to resolve customer issues end to end

Requirements - Secondary education with a school-leaving examination; higher professional or university education (Bachelor's or Master's) is accepted - German at native or C1 proficiency, plus English or Slovak at C1 proficiency - Strong communication skills and a clearly customer-oriented attitude - Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team - Customer support experience is welcome but not mandatory
